Except for eBook purchases, all customers from Canada and overseas must contact us before ordering via email for instructions and special shipping charges. contact@edudps.com
ORDERS
There are three ways to order: On-line, by mail, or by telephone.
All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail, unless otherwise requested.Order On-line: Order with confidence using PayPal's secured servers. Read Why use PayPal for electronic payment processing? for more information concerning why we use PayPal. Order on-line with MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, or an eCheck.
Order by mail: Order by mail with MasterCard, Visa, personal check, business check, or money order.***

Make all checks and money orders payable to DPS.Order by phone: Order by phone using the same cards as listed under "Order by mail".*** We do not process personal or business check payment orders by telephone.*** If you prefer to order by telephone with one of the accepted credit or debit cards, email us at contact@edudps.com and supply your name, phone number, and a time-frame (for example, 10-11 AM Eastern Time) in which to call you. Remember to let us know the time zone that you are in.

For those who pay for their orders through PayPal, your order confirmation (the "Thank you for your payment." page) also notifies us of your order. Normally, these orders are filled and shipped in one to two business days. eBook download links are emailed periodically throughout each business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET may be emailed the following business day. After you complete your order, you will see this order confirmation page: Thank you for your payment.
For those who order without using PayPal, we process all mail and phone orders immediately after we receive them. We normally fill and ship all orders paid for by credit card or money order in one to two business days after processing them. We fill and ship all orders paid for by check two weeks after processing them. If you supply your email address on the order form (recommended), we will notify you of your order status. We do not place order confirmations by telephone. Please allow adequate time for your order to get to you.

You may return an item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling charges. All items must be returned in new condition. They cannot contain any writing instrument or erasure marks, etc. We will not give full price refunds for any items that cannot be resold as new. We highly suggest returning items insured.
eBooks:
The refund policy for eBooks is unique to them and is as follows: Refund options expire after the eBook is printed or 30 days after purchase, whichever occurs first. For this reason, please review the entire product before you print it. When you print your eBook, remember to print it in its entirety at one time.
