Q: Why don’t I see any shipping charges?
A: You pay one flat fee price for each item purchased. There are no additional upcharges through shipping.
There is one caveat. We ship via Media Mail, which allows us to pass the savings on to you.
(Media Mail packages can weigh up to 70 lbs. and measure up to 108 inches in combined length and distance around the thickest part.)
If you require a faster shipping method, feel free to contact us before you purchase. We’ll be more than happy to provide you with alternative options.
Q: I would like a product that isn't listed with its lower price yet.
A: Contact us and we'll make a good offer to you. All of the books, tests, and guides that will eventually be listed can be found under Jill's bio at Jill Dixon's Eclectic Academy of Learning - They are listed by year of publication.
Q: How soon will you have all of your products on the site with their lower prices?
A: We are updating everything per the latest customer inquiries, customer order results, and the academic year in focus.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you purchased shipping for service faster than Media Mail, that charge is not refundable. All items must be returned in new condition. They cannot contain any writing instrument or eraser marks, etc. We will not give full refunds for items that cannot be resold as new.
We highly suggest purchasing insurance for any product that you return so that if it arrives damaged due to returned shipping, you will have a remedy for recovery.

A: Any personal information that you supply to us will remain completely secure. We will never give or otherwise disseminate your personal information to any person or group without your prior permission or instruction.
