Q: Why don’t I see any shipping charges?
A: Shipping charges, with their upward ranges, are the “behind the scenes” costs to purchasing products online. When added to the listed price of items, they result in the true cost to you. As part of our price reduction initiative, referenced on our home page, we do not charge for shipping on anything in any quantity! Your true cost for our curricula is what you pay for each item purchased. There is one caveat. We ship via Media Mail, which allows us to pass on the savings to you.
(Media Mail packages can weigh up to 70 lbs. and measure up to 108 inches in combined length and distance around the thickest part.)
If you require a faster shipping method, feel free to contact us before you purchase. We’ll be more than happy to provide you with alternative options. One important detail to keep in mind: our no-shipping charge offer is available to customers residing within the US. Foreign based customers must contact us before purchase because special shipping charges will apply. We look forward to serving you!
Q: I would like a product that isn't listed with its lower price yet.
A: Contact us and we'll make a good offer to you. All of the books, tests, and guides that will eventually be listed can be found under Jill's bio at Jill Dixon's Eclectic Academy of Learning - They are listed by year of publication.
Q: How soon will you have all of your products on the site with their lower prices?

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping charges. All items must be returned in new condition. They cannot contain any writing instrument or eraser marks, etc. We will not give full refunds for items that cannot be resold as new. We highly suggest purchasing insurance for any product that you return.
